From now you can purchase our anodised sample box with perforated sheets in the 7 anodising colours and as comparative sample a powder-coated surface in RAL 7016 for a nominal price of euro 120. Eloxal pattern for colour matching

The sample sheets are made of 2mm aluminium, with 8mm perforation and an open web of 12mm. Our sample folder should give you a rough orientation. We would like to inform you that slight colour deviations may occur in the patterns and that the clamping points of the sheets are not anodised. These points must be determined before anodizing.

The clamping points, as well as the colour deviations, are production-related deviations that cannot be prevented.

As a comparison sample, we will send you a powder-coated aluminium sheet in RAL 7016.

Colour deviations of the samples

The sample sheets are first pickled and then the colours are produced using an electrolytic process. Current strength and duration can produce different colour nuances within a few seconds. We are able to define tolerances by creating limit samples when placing an order.
