Perforated trapezoidal cladding

We produce individual perforated trapezoidal claddings for facades and roofs with a Jorns swivel-bending machine.

With this machine we are able to produce mesh claddings with an insertion depth of 1250 mm and a length of 5200 mm. The maximum material thickness is 3 mm. The profiles can be bent conically, pluggable or parallel up to an angle of 145 degrees.

The use of servo-technology with individually driven clamping fingers allows very high precision and great flexibility. By calculating the angle and stop positions, the high angular accuracy we obtain high-precision fitting parts according to your specifications.
